The information and resources in this course will help you to: 

  • Explain the risk assessment process of identifying, assessing and controlling psychosocial hazards using the WorkSafeBC Psychological Health and Safety Framework.

  • Recognize psychosocial hazards that exist in your workplace and the potential risks associated with these hazards.

  • Locate tools and resources to support the risk assessment process for psychosocial hazards in your workplace.

This mini course is self-paced it is part of a series of training courses available to workers and Managers/Supervisors to help promote mental health and protect against psychological injury at work. 

Each lesson features opportunities for personal reflection, downloadable resources, and interactive learning activities.
