  • Become familiar with the National Standard of Canada for the Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace (The Standard)

  • Understand the 13 factors that influence mental health in the workplace and actions you can take to support each one

This mini course is delivered online and is self paced. It is part of a series of trainings available to workers and Managers/Supervisors to help promote mental health and protect against psychological injury at work. 

Each lesson features opportunities for personal reflection, downloadable resources, and interactive learning activities.
