  • Identify what contributes to burnout and strategies you can use to avoid it

  • Understand the link between burnout and the workplace psychological health & safety factors related to 'Reasonable Job Demands'

  • Identify resources and support available for individuals who may be experiencing burnout

This mini course is delivered online and is self-paced. It is part of a series of trainings available to workers and Managers/Supervisors to help promote mental health and protect against psychological injury at work. 

Each lesson features opportunities for personal reflection, downloadable resources, and interactive learning activities.
