The information and resources in this course will help you to: 

  • Understand the role that work-life balance plays in supporting worker wellbeing and creating safe and healthy workplaces

  • Understand stress and anxiety and how they can impact workers and workplaces

  • Recognize signs of stress and anxiety in yourself and/or workers

  • Identify resources available in your workplace and community to support yourself and team members who may be experiencing increased stress and anxiety

This mini course is delivered online and is self paced. It is part of a series of trainings available to workers and Managers/Supervisors to help promote mental health and protect against psychological injury at work. 

Each lesson features opportunities for personal reflection, downloadable resources, and interactive learning activities.
