  • Understand the importance of the duty to inquire and the duty to accommodate.

  • Identify your role, responsibilities, challenges and risks in relation to the duties to inquire and accommodate.

  • Explore tools and resources that will assist you and your team in effectively applying these duties, including trauma-informed leadership principles and practices.

This mini course is self-paced it is part of a series of training courses available to workers and Managers/Supervisors to help promote mental health and protect against psychological injury at work. 

Each lesson features opportunities for personal reflection, downloadable resources, and interactive learning activities.
